MWEb service is shocking

Mweb service is shocking. I cant get onto their site without a PIN and when I ask for a PIN it doesn't come to my phone. There is nowhere to email them and their call centre also wants a PIN and takes 30 minutes to get through, using all my airtime. I don't know what to do and I really need to get some support from them. Their Help page is of no use at all.
