MWEB SERVICE IS REALLY BAD

MWEB has been my isp for many years. The service is appalling and getting worse. When my fibre broke it took more than two months to sort it out. I want to downgrade my fibre service. They don't want to listen. Their office is closed and their call centre is really bad. I want to send them the message that if they cannot communicate with me, I will close my account and move away. Their query system is not workable.
