Mweb service is poor

I have new internet. Received my lines 3 sept and installation but it was not yet active as the router came the next week 10 sept. 11 sept my internet was cancelled from your side.i had internet fir one day. The girl on your side i worked wuth is bernalee, i have 69 emails to and from her priven my first installment is end sept. 11 sept my internet was cut if becsuse of no payment which i did not know plus you said i had internet from 3 sept which i did not. So i also phoned and they said they had logged a complaint for credit as well.still no credit. Can this be sorted out as i dont get sny feedback
