MWEB service is pathetic - dont use Mweb

Mweb customer service is pethetic when needing to cancel the product, i have been trying to cancel my product for almost a month. When you try to call Mweb besides holding on for 40 mins at a time when u finally reach someone the hang up on you and its prob due to customers needing to call back repeatedly ... i have 2 open queries to cancel my product and the email i receive is that some will contact me back and they never do however they still deduct your account. Im not a customer to complain however i have been calling gotten hung up on and cancelling via the app... no luck ... i would like a call back from a manager urgently ... mobile number is ***
