Mweb service is pathetic

Added the 10gb anytime + 10gh Night time to my fibre contract. There is ony one option where a free Netogy Mini UPS + power bank is included. I never received mine. After weeks of logging 5 different complaints on web, mail and phone was advised I selected the wrong option and will not get UPS. There is only one option with router on my profile page!!!
