Mweb service is horrific

Mweb states that the fibre installation takes up to two weeks to complete. I have been waiting for a month for my installation to be completed. I have been called once in the entire time that has been passed and when you call them they do not call you back at all. This service is absolutely horrific. I have never experienced such gross negligence towards customers ever in my life! I would honestly not recommend Mweb to my worst enemies. Its horrific and downright terrible.
