Mweb service is horrible

I logged a fault on the 22nd of December till today no feedback, when I called in 3 times I was kept on hold until I dropped. The consultants are all confused, one says the ticket is closed and resolved. Another consultant says the ticket is open. I’m highly irate Mweb consultants are the worst to deal with.
