Mweb Service is disgusting! I cannot close my account.

I have been trying to make contact with Mweb for almost two weeks but absolutely no luck, if you try call you stay on the line for over half an hour! if you try contact them on their website on a chat button, they are absolutely rude and obnoxious and cut you off with any intent to help! I don't know how else to get to cancel the fibre account? this is absolutely a disgusting service. please be careful if you want to get their service because you can't get out!
