Mweb service getting worrse

I reported a problem regarding the delays in the delivery of faxes via the Mweb fax to Email servicee almost a month ago. In this time . In time time I have received a few calls first of which I had to explain the problem, second of which I had to explain the problem again to a new employee and the third one resulted in an argument with someone who did not have the capacity or the will to understand the problem and tried to convince me that the problem did not exist. Today I received a fax that was delayed in being delivered to my Email inbox by 4 days. These people are pathetic. Guess I will receive the usual "follow up calls" wasting my time without the problem actually being fixed again.
