Mweb Service

Paying Mweb monthly for a 100up and 100 down internet line and i haven't had internet for ten days now. The service from Mweb in attempting to sort out my problem has been nothing short of scandalous. i get an sms claiming my problem is fixed only to return home and find that I still have no service. shocking - a company lying but still taking a monthly subscription for no service. May be its a cool idea to just move to another ISP.
