MWeb service down the drain!

I was accepted by vodacom for line upgrade that should have been done by 01 September 2021. I am still struggling with mweb to get the line upgraded, they do not keep in touch with progress.

My account also show that I am in arrears, when I app**** for fibre, they had to carry my e-mail accounts over to the fibre from the adsl and close the adsl, that never happened, regarding to their mistake, they say I am in arrears. still not fixed!
