MWEB SERVICE DISGUSTING !
Mweb service level DISGUSTING after move to Telkom. For a long time I experienced excellent service from Mweb using CellC LTE . Since their move to Telkom, Mweb service has been DISGUSTING. Before I was able to, but now . . . 1. You do not get advised of your usage limit reached according to legislation. 2. You cannot buy booster online. 3. You cannot upgrade online 4. You cannot get hold of anybody by phone. What is going on at MWEB ?

26 May 2020, 11:56It is impossible to get hold of Mweb by phone. I am a retired pensioner with limited airtime. I have phoned them many times, logged a call on their query option online but no reply. All I want is to increase the cap size on my LTE so my grandson can continue with his studies online. If there are any sensible people left at Mweb, at least reply to my online query.
