Mweb service delivery shocking

I ordered a router from Mweb, who is supposedly known for their quick and effective service delivery. After speaking to multiple call center agents and agreeing on a date and location for delivery along with the specific instruction that I am called to know that delivery would take place, they have failed to deliver. <br> <br> I placed an order with them on June 30th, and it is now three weeks later and I have not received any support from them. I asked if I could go to a store to pick up the router they were supposed to deliver, this was met by confusion from the call center agent. <br> <br> Mweb's service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I want to cancel my order, and asked to be called back by a manager. But it seems managers are always \in meetings". <br> <br> Has anyone else received such poor service from Mweb? Truly appaling. """
