Mweb Service Complaint

I am writing this review because Mweb has decided to avoid my direct emails. I have placed an order with Mweb for a fibre contract. The order process was super easy and I was very impressed with the sales agent, however after waiting 30days for all the processes to be completed I received an sms stating the order could not be completed, taking in to account there is already an existing fibre line with no installation required. No explanation or solution on what they require from my side to complete the order, I am left in the dark with absolutely no assistance. The sales consultant is also not responding to any of my emails or offering to assist so that we can successfully complete the order. I had no idea it would be this difficult to get assistance from Mweb or Openserve.
