MWEB Service and Support pathetic and useless.

I requested an order from MWEB They keep sending me they are waiting for POA. I have sent 6 emails already. Attached the proof of address once again. I called 3 times already and waited for 45 minutes at a time, then got disconnected. The Chatbot connected me to order fulfillment, and no one answered. I tried for 2 days and nothing. This was already requested on the 7th of January 2025. Can someone from MWEB please contact me? I cannot get a hold of anyone at MWEB. There is no support!!!!!! I have decided to go with another ISP. Maybe I will get a response when they want their money. Then I can cancel and get rid of them.
