Mweb service

I have been waiting for over a month for an order that I was promised would take less than a month. I have called countless times and no consultant has been helpful. There has been zero accountability and communication from Meweb. It takes over 15 minutes to get hold of 1 person and they keep saying the same thing which is that they will log the query and call me back but have they called back? Again it's been over a month and the obvious answer is No. Very disappointed by the way below average service that I have received.
