Mweb service

I will never recomend mweb to anyone after many years more than 15 I have been through hell with mweb it is almost impossible to get help and they query service is a joke.i have been with them since dial up days it's just getting worst for me.today I have been waiting on the phone three times more than 25 minutes .I will definitely look fo a change of service on Monday
