Mweb service

My experience has been disgusting and the service has been for a lack PFA better word appalling. We ordered that 399 fiber special and after they connected it, it took 5 days for us to have internet access. The internet access only lasted 2 day than we couldn’t connect again. This happened last week Thursday and until today we can not access the internet and we can not get any help from anyone when we call their customer service. I am frustrated with MWEB and thy do not care about their customer service at ALL!
