Mweb server outage: 1000's of mails disappear, catastrophic security failure

Mweb: On the 24th May, all mails in my inbox & outbox were deleted. Thousands & thousands of mails GONE. I have called I have mailed, many, many times, each time I am informed that many other Mweb customers mails were also deleted and that the technicians are working on it. Ten days later, still NOTHING and no helpful answers from Mweb. Maybe Mweb simply could not be bothered to fix the catastrophic security failure to safeguard their customers valuable information. It could be that they were hacked and won't admit it, because it will be harmful to the Mweb brand. SHAME on Mweb
