MWEB - Seriously consider an alternative ISP

Based on the reviews it seems that it's really a waste of time writing this as Mweb really couldn't be bothered. i've been dealing with a billing issue for almost a month with zero assistance or follow up. my next step would be to go the consumer protection route with the likes of Wendy Knowler.
