MWEB SENDING ISSUES

i have tried for 3 months to get a solution to my issue. i cannot send emails from MWEB ONLY because of restrictions on their smtp settings that either they dont know about or they refuse to admit. the second i land in SA i can send again.....they just dont care and all they say is "here are the mweb smtp settings" I ALREADY HAVE THEM DUH
