SEAN NOURSE CEO OF MWEB and ETTIENE CLOETE Please there is a problem with your staff at MWEB . The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. MWEB advertise all these fantastic deals on social media but you can't deliver. My business is now without a land line and I have filled in the porting forms to port my tel from Neotel to Mweb on the 16 th of May 2019 and got confirmation that it will be done but I am left without a land line and spend hours on your call centre but not one of your staff members can sort this or are willing to sort this out. please get back to me ***
