The most pathetic network provider I have ever experienced! I ran away from Rio rain thinking fiber will be bet tree r but it’s actually worse. I have made more than 20 calls to Mweb in past two months with no permanent solution to my network speed issues. Today I wake up to an is of no network. I called Mweb and they said everything is one on their side, they logged a ticket with clearacces, I called clear access to follow up on my ticket, they then tell me that Mweb closed it because clear access advised that everything is go on their side! Mind you my network is nonexistent! I had to buy data so I can babble to work! When I call their lines with my airtime, the lines drop at some point for no reason. It’s so frustrating and financially draining to have to deal with such issues every month. This is definitely my last month with them!
