I ask them about their product and they told lies. They billed me for a product that is not suitable to my router. I had a router that came with my package and I decided to upgrade and I called them to ask if is the right router for 200/200 speed they said yes. Later on I realised that the speed is the same, I called them again first expense is to call them second expense is when they give a wrong information about their product. I stopped to pay so that they can attend to my query after I complained to their query column. Instead of solving my problem they chose to suspend my services, that is how cruel they are.
