MWEB ********

Mweb is the WORST company EVER. Advertise wifi for R399 , free router free installation....I signed up and there was no R399, my package came to R629. Got my router on 05 July , (router only) and was charged 2 days later, R507 from my bank account. When I called I had to wait over half an hour using my airtime, (I'm a pensioner) transferred from one dept to another... and eventually was cut off. I then canceled the order, since I was not connected yet, so on 05 July I got charged, then again on 10 July another R629. I could NEVER get anyone to answer as to why I was being charged. I think the CEO of that company, has to train his employees how to take care of customers ,cos how they can stay in business, is beyond my understanding. Goid for those if any, that was lucky to get good service
