Mweb ******* company

Mweb is the worst ISP ever. They didn't bring me a router or activate my account, but yet I am getting monthly statements, FOR WHAT SERVICE. I am not even connected. I called the contact centre 3 times, waited 30 mins each time for my call to be answered, and when I finally got through to Billing to tell them that I have no router, the password and user name they sent is not activated and that they must cancel my request for them to be my ISP, the agent put me on hold and stopped the call. What do I have to do to get rid of something I didn't even received. Mweb is on a new level of *********** because this could have been sorted, unless they don't want to sort it out. What is worse, you cannot contact them via email. I think they deliberately don't answer calls or have email contact because they are such a useless, terrible, no good, very bad company.
