Mweb ****. Please be careful. deserves less than 1 star

Hi all, this is an appeal to all of you might consider mweb as a service provider, not to do it. You can’t get hold of them when you need assistance. Even vumatel mail for them is not working. They will not release the fibre line when you wake up and want to change service provider. Sales assistance that said not my department without any other guidance - then when you ask for one your mail is probably deleted. Summary: don’t be a fool to go with them
