MWEB Sales team isn't doing their Job

How disappointing! I placed an order online on the 6 Jan as am New customer, waited for a week only for me to call the sales department on the 17th to try and find out what it's taking so long only find out that my order didn't go through, The agent placed a new order, today is the 20th, yet again No one from the sales department has come back to me, It Seems that the SALES DEPARTMENT is not doing their Job, or their pockets are too Full that they don't need New Customers. Why should I be the one chasing y'all to provide me with Service. It appears MWEB Sales team doesn't care. I might as well continue searching for better internet service provider.
