MWEB - Sales Support incompetence

I've placed a fibre order and have received absolutely horrible support. I have been **** to, transferred endlessly and gotten no answers to questions. I requested a manager escalation a week ago and advised that turnaround on this is 2 business days. absolutely pathetic.
