MWEB SALES REPS POOR SERVICE

Absolutely pathetic services. I was cut off 4 times and the last call lasted 25 mins after a sales rep put me through to someone else but after 25 mins I cut the call. I would speak to a sales rep and immediately be put on hold but instead of being put on hold I would be sent back into the queue waiting for someone to answer before the call ends.
