MWEB Sales man not listening

My children at University needed internet. They contacted MWEB and the salesman phoned me. He explained he needed all my info for a contract for the children. I kept on saying to him it is for the children in Stellenbosch. After he got all my info, he said he needed my address and landline. I again said why do you need it if the contract if for the children in Stellenbosch. He then explained he cannot give them the contract as they do not have a landline. I intructed him to destroy all the info he got from me. He assured me it was done. I explaine I do not need MWEB at my office. He asked me about home and I said he can contact my husband. But my husband will pay, he must not use my info. He phoned my husband, he was driving and said to my husband he spoke to my daughter and to me and he just wants to know from my husband if he wants the MWEB contract yes or no. My husband thought it is for the kids and said if my wife said yes, then its fine. The next thing, I received a contract with all my details for 12 months for MWEB for our house on the farm. It will not work here as I explained to him and we never wanted this contract. They cannot do business like this.
