MWEB SALES DEPARTMENT NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I signed up for an LTE Package over a month ago. Paid R2499 for a Router on 4th August; received the Router with Sim on 17th August; plugged it in at my daughter's flat a couple of week's later (lives 70km away from me) and the MTN SIM has never been activated. Have phoned MWEB NUMEROUS times; Technical Department very helpful; it's not the Router but SALES DEPARTMENT (who need to active the SIM) are ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!! NO CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE WHATSOVER. Quick to take my money for the Router but still no DATA more than a month later ...........
