MWEB SALES CONCERN

MWEB customer sales services is good when talking to the sales agent. Unfortunately empty promises seem to be their motto, they don't give feedback ( call back) regarding the router & simcard delivery. I've asked to link up the courier services, only to tell me the courier services will call back. It is almost 2 weeks now, now joy at all!
