I have been trying to get an invoice since Friday. My advice to anyone who wants a quality ISP, do not sign with Mweb. They have thee worst customer service in this country. Their online platforms are pathetic, their agents are unprofessional and Unreliable. Sign up with thia pathetic excuse of a company at your own risk.
