Mweb. *****s that ***** from an old age pensioner in a wheelchair

Mweb tried to deduct R50.00 from my account today. I have reported this last month to Sabri Dramat and he said it was web master. I contacted them and they said it would be sorted. Is this just mweb's ***** practice to ***** from an old age pensioner in a wheelchair or what? I have e mails to prove that the original order was cancelled.
