Mweb s lack of service.

Mweb might seem cheap for its fibre deal but their service is something that no one wants to experience. It does not exist. They save on their costs by having a "never to reach" call centre and a internet presence that will never return your call or query. Their equipment is delivered to your doorstep after signing a 24 month contract and there afterwards you are on your own. Configuring your router and or extender is all handled from their technical call centre so if you have a limited cell phone spend then perhaps after waiting 6 months for help and spending over R500 on cell phone calls i am limping along with basic coverage and a home that is only half covered for internet coverage.
