MWEB's ****py Service Strikes Again.
We are paying close to a grand for a 10mbps line speed package due to the fact that two of the members of my family have work that is based online and I am a college student who is in constant need of online information. We have been \throttled"for close to two months straight and have not had a line speed that has exceeded 2.5mbps it is virtually impossible to use the internet in it's current state and it is atrocious how quickly we get capped within two weeks of a new month in an \""uncapped\"" package. This is false advertising by Mweb and all they're good at doing is \""logging a fault\"" when you phone in and complain about the issue"
