after being promised by SCOTT ROSS that my internet for work will be up in 2 days...it took a week. they didnt close my old line and never bothered with openiing the line for my family after they took a payment from them, SCOTT ROSS IS THE WORST **** WITHIN THAT BUSINESS. NOW THEY GONNA REFUND AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS THAT IS AFTER MY FAMILY WAITED A MONTH FOR THE CONNECTION!!!!
