Mweb rude sales, late activation

Spoken to a lady at sales this morning and she was so rude to me, even shouting at me and not giving me a chance to speak. This is not what I am used to when dealing with mweb. I have been promised that my internet will be activated by Sunday, 28 Feb latest, nothing even this morning. 3 days now waiting for activation only. Again, I am not used to service being this bad from mweb.
