MWEB router order/address update

Ordered a router almost two weeks ago from MWEB. Still waiting. All they had to do was update my Rica address and give said instruction to the courier. Consider yourself lucky if you get through to their Sales Department. I was told on two occasions that has been done, with the courier company just advising that they are still awaiting the instruction from MWEB. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. And I have been really patient with the current situation.
