Mweb ROBS with constant R50 added to bill!!!!!

Mweb robs poor hard working people by adding R50 to the month to month fiber wifi if the debit order doesnt go through, but when you go on the app the very same day still to make payment, the app doesnt even give you an option to make payment, it only appears a day or 2 later...This is VERY unfair service and treatment from Mweb as this is supposed to be a month to month service with no added extras as we budget for a specific amount and then Mweb still robs us because does CANNOT clasify as a reconnection fee as the wifi is not disconnected this is pure ******ion as this has happened quite a few times already!!!
