Mweb robs people from their money don't join them

I have a problem where did cancel my account on mweb fibre but already paid the reason was I paid for the monthly WiFi but for almost 2weeks it was still off then I told them theyust cancel and refund my money and they did and told me that they gonna refund me in 3 to 5 working days then after the 5 days I did a follow up and they told me they did put in a complain and it will take about 15days now 15days is past and still no refund so I did a follow up again and they told me they gonna put me through with an agent that can help me and then after i was just kicked out the chat and to start over with the robot.. please do anyone knows of a company that helps people in this situations where people just struggling to get their money from companies like mweb please there must be i really need help it's a month now and i still didn't get my money
