Mweb robs customers with its chaotic and ******** Billing

Chaos and ***** in the billing division of Mweb is causing endless stress, especially because we rely on the service because we work from home. I want to report them for non-stop incorrect and repeat debit orders. An Invoice will say R478 and they will deduct double that amount, why. They do as they want on your bank account and making your life a living hell. We also claim from our work for data using invoices and if they are chaotic that complicates the whole process. I need advice as to where I can report this obviously ******** behaviour by Mweb.
