MWEB Ripoff

What can I say. MWEB is a useless, greedy, lazy ripoff. I have a 10 meg account with MWEB that has not been working properly since the 20th of February. I have made several very lengthy call (at my cost) to find out what is happening and all I get is a bunch of excuses, they lie through their teeth telling me how hard they are working to get TELKOM to resolve the fault. I have had no confirmation of any of this! I am paying these swines a lot of money for a service we rely heavily on and getting absolute **** in return. Fiber is coming to our area in a few months time so in the mean time MWEB has got me by the ***** and has no problem giving them squeeze just to show how in control they are. I wonder at the possibility that MWEB can throttle any account at any time in order make as much out of us as they can knowing we are helpless to fight back. MWEB stinks ans is a perfect reflection of the state of affairs in this country! Sies!!!
