Mweb ridiculous bill

Last month I ordered and LTE sim from mweb with a free ups and power bank being a 24 month subscription I was only to pay R399 a month.

1. I never revived the power bank 2. I paid my R399 subscription last month after I instructed for the debit order.to be.debited the 28th which meant a return debit on my account which sets me back in terms of my profile with getting a home loan 3. This month I am being billed R987.00 4. I logged a call on your useless app on the 12.07.2023 to *** to date no one has gotten back to me 5. Yourl take forever to answer our calls which is at our cost. We can be number 1 in the call queue but we can hold for another 20 minutes. 6. If no one can explain my insane bill please contact me to fetch your router and ups.
