Mweb revolting service!

Good day, I’ve tried contacting Mweb several times regarding my internet line that is switched off even after I paid. Mweb team advised today the line will be activated up until now my line is still off! I actually need to work from home so how can I even be productive in a state where there is no wifi? When I enquire the Mweb team drop the line several times. I’m super frustrated as I’m wasting my money, time, airtime and personal data to try and communicate with my work colleagues! I will never ever recommend Mweb to anyone as the service is revolting to say the least.

Mweb don’t even deserve a one star.
