Mweb Retention Department not answering calls
Been trying since 8h30 this morning to call Mweb retention department, but to no avail. Been calling non-stop and when transfered to Rententions the calls are cut and Mweb Sales not willing to assist with the Retention request.

14 Aug 2023, 13:38Also tried logging in to my Account and not able to cancel my Fibre Product as my profile does not allow access for deletion of products, neither is this function working on the Mobile App....
