My current experience is fine except that I want to make a request which appears very difficult. Here is the request: Hi I have been an Iafrica/Mweb customer for many decades. I currently have a fiber 50/25 subscription @ R669pm. It is adequate for my needs. As I am now 79 years old with a limited pension, I request that you consider giving me a pensioners reduction.
