MWEB - RELOCATION ROGUES / RATHER GO WITH NEW PROVIDER IF YOU MOVE!!!

MWEB ACCOUNT NO: ***7 We tried to relocate our line to new property 16 May 2023. They charged me an additional R400 to "relocate line" however when I asked them to put the router in the 1st room so we have coverage throughout the property, they want to bill me an additional R799. So I must pay double to have the router moved from where the old tenants had it?? New clients don't even pay that much! Its 25th of May and my wife has been unable to do her work from home due to Mweb and Vuma lackadaisical workmanship! Mweb blames Vuma, Vuma blames mweb and Mweb is sitting with R800 to date for internet at my old property and no internet at my new property.
