We moved into our new premises almost 3 months ago, our previous tenants line has been moved and is working at their new premises for over a month and Vumatel are still confirming you have the line and they are unable to access the line. How long do you want it for ? Christmas ? Easter ? , please let me know when it suits you to make the line available to our ISP, don't worry we will wait for you. The service between ISP and Vumatel is shocking, service level agreements ????? Nope nothing let's just hope the next person can fix it. Telkom is showing you how it's done and that's disgusting
